Helpful Staff Comfortable Beds Close to Village Some Booking Issues Clean Rooms

“Booked to stay here just for one night for skiing at Sutton, with my family of four. Location is great - just a few minutes' drive to the ski hill. Unfortunately, on arrival there was some error about the date of the booking and there wasn't a room available for us. However, after contacting the manager, she managed to sort out the situation. She was super helpful and apologetic and definitely went the extra mile to make it right for us. I had originally booked a Superior Suite, not sure if that was the room type we ended up. It was a little small for a family of four with the sofa bed open and lots of ski gear/luggage. Overall, it's a great location, rooms are pretty decent and the staff are lovely.”

“Came for a week Long ski trip was met with a very friendly staff, room was clean. Beds are comfortable. Enjoyed multiple nights in the hot tub and sauna. Our passes were included in our stay, which was great. Marie did an excellent job getting us our passes for the week at Sutton. We’ll definitely be back for another ski trip to Sutton. If we needed anything extra, they were very accommodating for new towels, toilet paper, etc.”

“We had a great stay here. The proximity to the ski hill, the amenities of the hotel and the kindness of the staff was really great. We had everything we could possibly need in our room. Ski Dodo Ski was also a fabulous deal.”

“My family of four had a wonderful stay at La Montagnard. Marie Claude was there for most of our stay and was very attentive to anything we requested. It was our first time at Mont Sutton and she was very helpful streamlining our experience and making it as easy as possible. My only recommendation would be to either provide guests with new towels each day or to inform them to bring extra towels so that if they use the hot tub they dont have cold towels coming into their rooms. Marie Claude really made us feel welcomed and at home and is the reason we will be back to visit again! Thank you and I will begin my homework so that we can have a conversation in french next time! Merci!!”
